What is AuraSleep?
AuraSleep is an iOS and Android app that tracks your sleep with your phone microphone, gives you a clear morning report, wakes you in your lightest sleep and lets you record your dream by voice. It also includes fajr, tahajjud and suhoor reminders.
When will AuraSleep be available?
AuraSleep is not in the App Store or Google Play yet. To hear when it launches, send an email with the subject “AuraSleep” to info@joykek.com.
Is AuraSleep paid?
No, the free plan has no time limit. Premium costs TRY 79 a month or TRY 499 a year in Turkey, and the yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. The yearly plan costs 47% less than 12 monthly payments.
Where are my night recordings stored?
Your night recordings and sleep analysis are stored only on your phone and are not sent to our servers. The free plan keeps the last 3 nights; with Premium they stay until you delete them.
How accurate are the sleep stages?
Sleep stages and the sleep score are estimates made from your phone’s microphone and sensors. AuraSleep is not a medical device and does not replace a laboratory sleep study (polysomnography). If you suspect a sleep problem, see a doctor.
How does the smart alarm work?
You choose a wake-up time and a window (for example 30 minutes). AuraSleep tries to catch your lightest sleep in that window and wakes you gently; at the end of the window the alarm rings in any case.
How is the fajr alarm calculated?
Prayer times follow the calculation method of Türkiye’s Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet). Your latest wake-up time is 20 minutes before sunrise and the suggested time is 30 minutes earlier. It is only a suggestion; you can always change the time.
How is the tahajjud time set?
AuraSleep counts the night from isha to imsak and finds the start of the last third with imsak − (imsak − isha) / 3. You can also pick the pre-dawn (seher) time, 45 minutes before imsak, or set your own.
How early does the suhoor alarm ring?
By default 50 minutes before imsak. You can choose 30, 45, 50 or 60 minutes or set your own time. Three days before Ramadan the app asks whether you want to turn on the suhoor alarm.
Is the AI dream reading fortune telling?
No. The AI reading is for fun and self-reflection; it does not predict the future and is not medical, psychological or religious advice. It offers questions that help you think about the symbols and feelings in your dream.
Is my dream sent to an AI?
Only when you ask for a reading, the text of your dream is sent over an encrypted connection to our server and from there to our AI service provider (Anthropic). The text is processed while the reading is produced and is not stored on the server or written to logs. Your voice recording and your name are never sent, and our agreement with the provider requires that the data is not used to train models.
Do I need an account?
No, you can start using AuraSleep without an account. When you want to delete your account and the data on our server, go to Profile > Delete Account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions; on Android go to Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep Premium until then.
Which languages are supported?
AuraSleep is available in Turkish and English. The default follows your phone’s language and you can change it under Profile > Language.
